Soups, Chili, Spaghetti sauce, which you can use on coneys or just throw over some noodles.
Any kinds of stew...or casserole really usually freezes well, but I love homemade soups so I freeze those a lot! Im actually eating white chicken chili right now that I had frozen

Chili and stew are great ideas. Soup too. I make a really good simple chicken noodle.
I don't eat pesto. I don't know what I'd do with it. I also don't have casserole recipes besides tater tot casserole. I tried a chicken and rice once but it was flop. |

You could always search for some casserole recipes and try them out in small portions first?
My guess is the best place to find casserole recipes would be the campbells website, or on campbells wrappers, I know there are a LOT of them made. My mom used to make a DELICIOUS taco bake with their nacho cheese soup. I couldnt find it on the website, but maybe on a can of it or something? This will link you to a bunch of casserole recipes. http://www.campbellskitchen.com/mealideas.aspx?rc=890

Soup and Chili are really good ideas, they can be easily defrosted and reheated.

Ive frozen meatloaf, you could do some homemade mac and cheese.
What about some crockpot recipes? You could throw them in in the morning while baby is napping and it would be ready in the afternoon.
