Low fat alfredo sauce??

You could use low fat Parmesan cheese. and evaporated skim milk in your recipe.

Yep! Just make sure to buy the block (it makes it taste better) and the evaporated skim milk helps add a bit of fattener...without the fat. That makes no sense....but you lose a bit of moisture in the cheese when its low fat...the evaporated skim milk adds a bit more to it.

it will still thicken up the same even though its not whole milk?

I'll definitely get the block, thanks for sharing that! I would have just used my kraft one in the fridge if I hadn't known any better
