Does anyone know...
of a good couples cookbook?
[I grew up in a family of at least 5 with an open door policy and a mom who wants to open a restaurant... I know how to cook big.] Me, DH, and DH's unit...no problem. Me and DH... problem.

I have the same problem. Whenever I cook, I cook for like a family of 10
We always have so many leftovers that go to waste or I end up eating too much.

I have a lot of Taste of Home books... I've only tried a few recipes, but the ones I tried were good. Good luck!

Borders and Barnes and Noble has a lot of good cookbooks that tell you how to cook for different sizes (it'll say in the same recipe "if you need more than three servings, multiply everything by blah blah blah).
I usually make just barely too much... But DH is a bottomless pit, so it doesn't go to waste... He just blackholes the rest LOL. |

I cook for more than just 2 as well! Ethan doesn't eat much, but my husband enjoys eating leftover dinner, for lunch the next day. It also helps us to keep down on cost and amount of meals.
Like when I make homemade pizza, I make an entire 16" and not some skimpy personal pan size for us to share.
