salmon
I have some salmon to kook tonight, does anyone have any recipies which are quick and easy? We don't like lemon and the only herbs I have are dryed. or a jar of garlic

I make my salmon the way Andrew loves... really plain!
I just throw a ton of pepper and some salt on there and put it in the oven at 350 til it is flaky (10 minutes maybe?) Sometimes, I add some red pepper or garlic but he likes just plain ol' pepper. He's had fancy salmon at restaurants and he always says mine is better. He is so plain ![]() It is really good that way though

What all do you have available to you? Any sort of citrus at all? You can try oranges instead. I think it would turn out quite yummy.
I'm not good with sea food, but from what I've seen salmon is very similar in compatibility to things that chicken is good with. Why not try something like this? http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/a...ipe/index.html Just experiment!
