I need help with chicken legs. I can't cook them. I was going to make some for dinner and serve them with BBQ sauce but they took almost an hour and half to cook through. They were thawed when I put them in the oven. What gives? do they always take so long? I cooked them on 350 should I have used a higher temp? I covered them with foil so they wouldn't dry out. Should I have left them open?
What the best, yummiest and fast way to cook chicken legs? |

Fried is the only way I can eat chicken legs. I'm a boneless skinless breast woman myself as well.
Oh. That actually sounds kind of bad. Eek!!

hmm when they are completely thawed I but a little bacon under the skin of the chicken and let it cook at 375 or 400 it should take about 30 minutes. If you like to sear the skin that might speed it up a little to .

I tried them again yesterday on the BBQ this time. I think I'm going to leave chicken legs up to KFC. I suck at cooking them. They were thawed. I BBQ'd them on low with the cover open and they burned on the outside. The inside seemed done. It wasn't pink and the juice ran clear. I don't like being iffy about my meat.
