Sweet Potato Fries?
I had some delicious sweet potatoe fries a couple years ago with this yummy caramel sauce. (just like regular frnech fries and ketchup) Anyone have any good recipes for these?

Another way to do it would be to cut the sweet into pieces (wedges or long fries) and spray them with cooking spray, then sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar over the top of them.

My Mom makes them like Eelo's recipe above! I love me some sweet tator fries!
 They have a bag in the fry section at Walmart that is pretty good. DH hates them though.
