Hamburger? - Recipes

So I'm going to fry up some hamburger and make a meat sauce for the pasta tonight.

My questions is do you need to put any oil in the pan to keep it from sticking or will the fat oils do the job themselves?

should do the job by itself, though I usually add some oil or butter.

I just brown it in the pan and then drain the grease. Never add extra!
