Question about Sticky Buns...
I want to make some sticky buns for breakfast in the morning - but they have to rise twice, and I don't have that kind of time tomorrow. Does anyone know if I can make them tonight, and throw them in the fridge overnight for the second rising, to slow it? I know that the coolness will retard the rising, but is it okay to leave them for that long? I have never made them before, and yeast breads in general aren't my strong point (yet, anyways!) so I'm a little unsure.
Thanks for any insight you ladies may have!

I know, right? Ever since I saw the recipe I've been craving them... it's awful. I am going to be bummed if I can't figure out how to fit them into my schedule.

Update - it worked!
I'm going to have to make them according to the recipe sometime to see if changing the rise time affected them at all - but they're delicious!
