I cook a lot of tilapia, salmon and shrimp.
Also chicken breasts with a can of cream of mushroom keeps my sugars low. I just tried yesterday for the first time a cauliflower mashed. It was like a mash potato with cauliflower instead, it was really good! I haven't try this one but I love chicken and pineapple so it must be good! Tropical Pineapple chicken |

Oooh! I was just talking to my grandma about this yesterday. My grandpa was EXTREMELY diabetic.... really really bad. So my grandma came up with all these incredibly delicious recipes that require NO sugar.
I was asking her about them yesterday, I just found out I'm insulin-resistant so I'm trying to eat better. She just had back surgery, so she's not really up and about.... but she said she'd email a bunch of them to me once she started feeling better. Seriously..... sugarless blackberry pie..... sugarless rhubarb pie..... sugarless cookies...... all kinds of good sugarless stuff ![]() I'll share once I get them from her
