Halibut Suggestions Needed Please
I have a ton of Halibut in the freezer from a fishing trip last summer. So far I only have one decent recipe. Any suggestions or other recipes out there? Frying is out as we are both trying to cut some weight.

 That is my absolute favorite fish! When I was in San Francisco a couple years ago, I had the most amazing halibut. It was cooked on lemon slices and tossed in a white wine/olive oil/caper sauce. It was the best
