hotel room meals...
well i am in the navy lodge for the long hall. i have a two burner stove and a microwave. what are some simple low ingredient count recipes?? eating out eveyrnight tends to add up... for now i bought a loaf of bread and pb&j supplies

The lodge's stovetop never limited me.. I cooked whole dinners on ours, when we were in the lodge.. I made steaks, mashed potatoes and veggie sautee one night.. what sucked the most was having to wash everything by hand.
Premade stuff, like that bird's eye, Voila brand stuff are great.. and a previous posted mentioned those bertolli meals.. they're also good. We were only there for a few nights, but it's completely doable. It was way harder last year during the fires, when we were in the barracks and I had to come up with microwavable things, or we ate out. I would have been able to cook more had I thought to take my electric skillet..

thanks for the ideas everyone! i went to the commy today and got some bertolli stuff and then some regular pasta. also got one of those hormel pork roast things and sliced cheese to make cheese sandwhich's! that should hold me for awhile.
