“If you want the last word, apologize.”

I make them a variety of ways and it depends what type of sauce I'm having them with.
Jason's dad passed on this AMAZING BBQ spaghetti recipe. I know it sounds weird and it has only a hint of BBQ, but it is sooooooo awesome. With that, I use pretty plain meatballs. I just take about 2 lbs of hamburger, lots of fresh pepper, salt, a little bit of italian seasoning, some garlic powder, maybe a SMIDGE of worsch sauce. Smoosh it up, then make meatballs that are about golfball sized. Throw them into a pretty big skillet with about 2 inches or so of water. Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, reduce to a simmer. Then you let it cook for about 30-40 minutes or until done all the day through. If I'm making a regular italian spaghetti sauce, then I usually make up my parmesan meatballs. Its basically one egg, a pound and a half or so of ground beef, about a cup or two of freshly grated parmesan cheese, salt and loads of pepper. You bake them in a preheated oven on a greased pan for about 30 minutes or until they're browned. I also make another kind similar to the first but I add some bread crumbs and an egg. After reading this post, I started craving spaghetti so bad that hubby is now on his way to pick up some ground beef for me
