What is your favorite way to prepare chicken?

I dunno... I'm sick of chicken. I feel like we eat it all the time. Well, we DO eat it all the time. I'm just tired of it. I guess my favorite way would be a lightly fried chicken parmesan with some tomato marinara and mozzarella melted on top.

Oh, I also do like to grill it then use it in chicken fettucini alfredo

I like chicken skillets with rice and stuff Chicken parmigan is sooo yummy also

I always boil my chicken unless its grilled or breaded.

I love either Chicken Fetticini Alfredo or Parmesean Chicken

We eat it all the time also. We bake it and grill it alot. I havent tried boiling it. Seems like that would be a fast way to cook it though for salads and such.

I think my favorite way to have it right now is.....a whole chicken in the crock pot with tons of fresh garlic and lime's.

mmm....that chicken in a crock pot with lime/garlic sounds yummy!! I'll have to try it, whole chickens arent even that expensive!

When you do the lime and garlic chkn in the crockpot, what liquid do you use? Water? and what do you serve it with rice or something?

Yes, put about a cup of water in the crockpot or you can use wine.
Sometimes we have saffron rice and a veggie. A couple times I have made a alfredo sauce with linguini and steamed asparagus and took the chicken off the bone and mixed it all together.

Oh, I forgot to add I put a couple Tbsp butter under the skin with the garlic and lime slices.
