He just had a massive panic attack.
Because friends of ours invited us over for dinner, and it's Sunday.
Days like this make it really hard on me.

![]() Is it the crowd that is the trigger? I'm sure you know this, but he can't control it. He'll get better, though, since he's actively working towards health. I promise you . . . with time and work, he'll get better.

It's not a crowd. There will be four of us. It's him overreacting, and he knows it. He came home from the store and said it would be "OK" to go over there.

He thought he was going to call Monday morning. But I reminded him that he was going to call Friday on his lunch.
