did anyone see oprah's show on service dogs for vets? good show. it aired friday. here's a link:

check it out, and check out all the links on that page. glen close is a spokes person for the Dog Tags
program that matches service dogs with returning vets.

the most important part of the show was when glen close spoke about the staggering numbers of soldiers
returning with TBI, PTSD, and depression. she said the phrase "invisible wounds" which is something we
are all familiar but many people out there have never heard of.

kudos to glen and oprah for raising awareness.

My husband has a friend with PTSD who breeds Victorian Bull Dogs, and then matches them with veterans with PTSD.

It's a very good program.

I saw the episode. Brought tears to my eyes what an incredible program for both those in prison and the service members!

I bought that chew toy that they had to help the cost of the pet program. Its a cute idea to take the imprint of the boots.
