post count

so, my post count has said 95 all day...yet i have posted a lot today...i really wanna get my number up, cuz i want to be able to participate more on this site!

what's going on?

where are you posting. The newbie section doesn't count towards post count. and i think the bored room too. but not 100% on that.

while it sucks your count isn't what you think it should be, im confused how having a higher post count allows you to participate more on the site?

Anywho, where did you do a lot of your posting, I know newbies (i think thats the only one) section doesn't count towards your post count, and your at 96 now so its working for some sections...

well, from what i am finding out...you have to have 250+ posts to join certain groups and deployment pals and such...i want to be able to do that...maybe i'm wrong, but i am certain i have seen and been told this several times...

There is also a time limit on most of these groups, as in you must be a member for X months before you can participate.

Yes! Dont just post to raise your post count, post so that people know who you are, get to know more about you and you learn about us, make connections with people...

The reasons those area's have the limits is because the MODS and members don't want people coming in and just posting to raise their count to get into those areas, we wanna know who you are and get to know you more!
