26w5d appt!! :D

So I had my appt today, I gained 6 lbs and you will not believe how much I wiegh now I need to chill out on the brownies ..I passed my 1 hr glucose test and my blood pressure was 121/80 so thats good! The babies hb was in the 130's and we found out today that I am borderline anemic so now I have to be put on vitamin c and iron pills and ofcourse stool softeners because of the iron pills. That means I have to take 6 pills a day But overall the baby is very active and my midwife said everything is looking great! I have another appt in about a month!

But I do have one question, how far along do you have to be to start having bi weekly appts? Or will I always have monthly appts? Just curious. TIA

for good appointments! I start my bi-weekly appointments now at 30 weeks, I think that is the norm.

The last 2 times, I never really had any bimonthly appts. I got to 36 weeks, then saw them weekly after that.

30 weeks was when I started having biweekly appts. Don't worry too much about the weight gain. Are you walking? As long as you are staying active and eating healthy for the most part, then you should be fine.

I walk about 4 days a week for about 5 hours off and on (work) Ima hostess, so I am always walking at work. But I can probably eat more healthy. Im not too good at that.

Glad everything is going good I started bi weekly appointments at 30 weeks, I think and from 35 weeks on, I have gone weekly.

Yeah, most OB's start it in the 9th month for obvious reasons.

I was thinking 28 weeks. Not sure why tho, I must have read that somewhere! Lol I can not wait to start getting more frequent appts!! I love appts with the OB. Im a dork I know.
