What to pack for the hospital? Look in here for help :)

Mods, can we maybe get this stickied?

http://pregnancyandbaby.com/pregnanc...cklist-234.htm

and (of course you dont have to take everything on the list, just print out what YOU would like)

* 2 nursing bras (if nursing)
* nursing pads (rather you intend to nurse or not!) -- some hospitals supplies these but i plan to take some just incase!!
* 1 package of maxi pads with wings - Most hospitals supplies these too but I didn't care for them.
* 3-4 pairs of cotton undies - most hospitals also supply the fishnet undies but i also brought my own pair to wear
* maternity outfit to wear home (you may still be swollen)
* 2 pairs of socks
* slippers
* toothbrush & toothpaste
* facial cleansers and special soaps
* hair brush, blow dryer, curling iron
* make up and lip balm
* daddy snacks (non-perishable)
* film & camera or batteries/charger for digital cameras
* portable cd player with headphones - dont forget batteries!
(don't use headphones when baby is in the room)
* magazine or book (bring one for your spouse)
* personal address book with phone numbers
* Cell phone and charger
* Bathrobe
* Ponytail holder
* Lasinoh cream - some hospitals also supply this but just incase they dont.
* Money for snacks etc for spouse
* Laptop and power supply/Kindle/Nook/Ipad/Ipod w/ chargers.

Baby's bag - of course, everything listed below depends on what YOU want to take.

*Going home outfit
*Baby outfits- if you dont want to leave baby in hospital shirt
* Baby wipes - if you would rather not use the wash cloths they have there
*Mittens for babys hands- to keep baby from scratching his/herself
*Receiving blankets - if you'd rather use your own
* Burp cloths
* Socks
*Paci - if you plan/wish to use one. Some hospitals supply them.
*Carseat
* Baby fingernail clippers

If anyone wants to add anything else, let me know and i'll add it
