It is killing me...
that I have no idea what contractions feel like or what labor is like or what to expect!!
Every weird little feeling sends me into fits of wondering if that was a contraction... my back hurts? eep! that might be back labor! I feel a weird little cramping like the kind you get just before your period comes (not the painful ones... just the kind where you know something is about to happen) and eep! what if that is a contraction! I check discharge constantly to see if I'm losing my mucus plug. Every time I pee more than I thought I was going to, I question whether or not I just leaked some of my amniotic fluid. I'm smart enough to know that when I start having contractions, it'll be fairly obvious, that my water probably won't break (gush OR leak) until well into labor (if not until the baby is almost out!) and that losing my mucus plug isn't really a sign to count on (although neither is your water breaking... ) but I can't help but think constantly about the unknown! I hate the unknown

This is my second pregnancy and I don't know what bh, let alone real contractions (aside from active labor) feel like.
And I hardly remember what they felt like when I was in active labor anyway.

Eh, I still don't know what a contraction feels like (and I've had 2 babies!). I think a lot of people say, "When you know, you know." I hope it's like that for you
. (And sorry for the non-advice )
