What kind of exercising do you plan to do after baby comes? What have you done that has worked in the past?
I have a big ball with an exercise video and resitance bands. I also have a regular exercise video. I hope to be back in shape by the holidays. I will probably start working out within a week or two of giving birth as long as I dont have a c/s. |

what is the one cup diet? After I had my girls I lost 70lbs by just BF and walking but I gained 90lb!! and now that Im pregnant again I have lost 10 more pounds since because Im on the "no white diet", but I still have my "twin skin" and my doctor said that wont go away until I have my muscles re-built because they got separated when I was pregnant last year(very common in Multiple pregnancies). Im hoping to have it done a year after this baby is born.

Seperated muscles? Ouch! I would know if that were happening to me, right? I've been worried about it but I can still flex my stomach, it just looks funny
![]() The one cup diet is just what it sounds-I literally keep a plastic measuring cup on the counter(dry measure)and all my meals have to fit in the cup. I never eat more than one cup at a time, though I do eat more often. It works with my metabolism. That's how I lost the weight last time, and how I keep weight down for work. That and tons of water, cardio, etc. |

We got Wii Fit. I also plan on hitting DDR up again as well as getting back into yoga and taking baby out for walks. Of course, I have to finish healing first.
And right now, I have no idea when I'll have time for any of that. My little guy is eating all the time!
