thanks!! i'm hanging in there! first appt is Thursday so looking forward to that. i'm not 100% on exactly where to go from here except checking in a couple times a week so I guess it will be fun to find out!

had my first appointment today. it went good. got to see the little one on the screen and the heart beating. The only down side was apparently I got preggo later than we thought. I measured 7w1d so I lost 2 weeks!! kidna in a been there doen that mode now since it seems like I should already be past the 8 week part. The really crazy part about that is she said we conceived probably around july 23rd and I got a on July 29th.

wow that is weird! Did you not have a regular period? 2 weeks is alot of time!!! You must feel weird now that you are thrown back a little? So when is your due date now? How exciting that you got to see the baby!!!! I had my appointment too and saw the heart beating! Its so amazing...

well my son was just shy of 11 months old when I got the + test. my lmp June 24th was the first and last one I had since he was born. Basically I've had 1 period since November 2007. the doc said my body was probably just getting ready to regulate again which can take a couple months. so it is very possible to be off. She's going to do another u/s at the next appt again to double check dates and we'll go from there. right now my due date has been moved back to 04/14/10.

it really is amazing when you see the little heart beating. and then all the little arms/legs starting to form and the shape of the body. really a miracle!

oh. and to answer the question yes it is very wierd to get thrown back. when I went to the doc I was in the mindset of being 9 weeks and then for her to say 7...blah so since then I keep looking at my ticker things....but I've already been through this point!

woohoo!! something to look forward too. my gender u/s is scheduled for October 24th!
