Yes I always do! I'm like "how the heck did DB and I make it through that?" I can't imagine him being gone again!
, But then it comes up again and you have to deal with it again. It makes us stronger

Yep - certainly do! We're strong women that's why we survive!! And because we love our man, not necessarily "like" what he does that means he goes away

YES I totally do and then lately I feel that it changed me, sometimes I am kinda down about it. I just feel like I am allot more serious now than before the deployment, like I just can't really cut loose anymore. Now it may just be that my life is in a different place and I have allot going on but I don't know. I talked to DB about it and he doesn't see me that way.
Anyone else feel this way, or anything similar? |

Where there is courage, there is humility

I'm not all the way through this first deployment yet, but I'm almost done. I can remember when we first started it, I was thinking, "how in the world am I ever going to make it?" And slowly, the months passed by, and I look back thinking, wow, we have made it. We hae survived a lot. I feel stronger because it was a rough deployment and anything that could go wrong seemed to have.
