One thing that's difficult about being a young mom: I hate that people think that because I'm a young mom that I don't know how to properly take care of my DS.

One thing that's difficult about being a young mom:i hate the looks and stares esp. when i have my family visiting everyone assumes i'm like 16. also finishing graduate school is difficult

One thing that's difficult about being a young mom: Keeping DD from picking up bad habits from other people's children and not being taken seriously since people with chilren her age are like 5 years older than me...ok so I cheated and listed 2....

I know. I hate that. I think because I look younger it makes it even worse.

Nikolle! I haven't encountered that problem yet but I don't have alot of friends here anyway. But it does hit home when my youngest sister is only 4 months older than DS.

Hey Cassy! It's so hard to find friends your age that you can relate to while having kiddos.

One thing that's difficult about being a young mom: Well apart from being a single mom, I hate the fact that people assume that I can't take proper care of my kids because I'm young. Or that I'm off partying all night because that what all YOUNG mom's do!

One thing that's difficult about being a young mom: Being taken seriously. I had my son when I was barely 19 and I remember his doctors always not taking me seriously. It was so frustrating!

Hey Liana! The mom partying all night sounds like my cousin, she's 22. I think that is generally a funny stereotype since most young moms I know spend most of their time trying to provide for their kids.
