This is a group for everyone who is unsatisfied with their figures and self esteem, and want accountability and people to encourage them on their journey.
I'm trying to lose weight, not only to join the military, but to feel better about myself. I was gorgeous 40 pounds ago. I think we will each have a calendar and x off the days we work out, and discuss health food options and recipes and menus. Also, post pictures weekly, so we can see the change first hand. I need help with a banner/blinky, and a calendar. Then we can take the calendar into paint or any picture editing program and mark the days off. What do you guys think? I desperately need a scale and/or tape measure to see progress. I think my friend bought me one and will be sending it to me. She's so silly. I have been having a hard time finding one around here... I must be blind though.

I am right here with you
I have lost a decent amount so far but have a long way to go to get to my goal weight. I really have lost all self-esteem and have felt so much like a worthless person just because of my appearance. Through working out regularly and eating better I have been feeling a lot better about myself recently. I'll definitely join in.
