I've never tried "diet pills" but I take a green tea supplement every day as well as eat healthy. It helps me to maintain my weight and when I exercise regularly I lose weight pretty easily.

I'm on phentermine and have been on it since June of 2007, the way they work is you can be on them for 3 months then off for 1 month then back on for 3 months. With a good diet and exercise you can loose a good amount of weight. Since going on them I started out at 405 pounds and I'm now at 329 pounds. I still have alot more to loose but I'm on my way.

i dont even know what it was that i tried, but there were three different pills that you took three times a day and they made me sooo sick
they were full of caffiene so i couldnt sleep
didnt loose any weight
when i got off them i gaied a lot.

dont do itttt.................

That is prescribed by a doctor right?

I use the syntrax fyre pills right now and they're pretty good about minimizing my appetite a lot! I eat half the size of portions that I used to
