Ok, I will post an update thread every day and see if anyone replies.
Me, today (and yesterday). I started a new "plan" and went grocery shopping for it and everything. Feb 4th BF: eggs, olive oil, coffee - coffeemate lite and stevia. Snack: Apple Lunch: chicken breast with garlic and onion sauteed in olive oil with green beans and almonds. Dinner: Lettuce Wrap- roast beef, turkey, miracle whip, mustard, american cheese slice Total cals: maybe 1200? Ran/Walked 30 minutes. Did a bunch of arm weight exercises. Feb 5th (so far and heres the plan) BF: smart balance lite, onions, mushrooms, two eggs and one egg white, feta cheese Snack: coffee with skim milk and stevia and a tangelo Lunch: (canned) Salmon/miracle whip on cumcumber Snack: an apple or yogurt. Dinner: Scallops or Shrimp sauteed in smart balance lite.. with some minced garlic probably. With one of my frozen veggies.. Broccoli? Snack: 2 fudgesicles or a yogurt if I don't have one before. My goal is to hit 1200 calories, so I'll figure it out. So far I am up to 450 with the BF and snack. I also Ran/Walked today for 30 minutes and I plan on doing "butt" exercises later on. Update tomorrow on today if it changes + tomorrow. PS: I have to say I feel REALLY good. I honestly don't feel any sort of "burn" which sucks.. But my goal right now is to just run the whole 30 minutes and not walk. I did run more than yesterday and was forced to go further, so that's good. hopefully squats or whatever today will actually make me hurt. But anyway, I really do feel good moodwise. I know it's the running. As soon as I get up around 8:30 or 9am, I jump out of bed and get on my running clothes. I don't want to go, but it has put me in a good mood all day. Ill let you know if this continues. |

I got 7 of the dvd's for different types of workouts. pretty awesome

i will looK!!! hmm. tehre seem like a lot of beachbody dvds around... ;-\im also looking on amazon// whose the guy/girl doing the dvd? |
