And give me the info from the Original post so I can post it here. Ok, so. This group is going to be the ones of us who want to lose weight but don't have any buddies to do it with. (meaning you are doing on your own- no program). Every day you can update us on Food you ate: Exercise: Weight: And of course, you can vent or brag in your posts!! ![]() I am including a member list, so if you are reading about someones day, you can come bck to this first post to see their stats. I think it's helpful. If you see someone who is a similar height/weight as you then you can have a buddy or maybe pm them to talk more, you know? Ok I will start!!
I am starting officially tomorrow. HEHE 1/21/08 FOOD: I did BAD today. Chips, tuna with miracle whip, m&ms, blended coffee from coffee bean! Exercise: SAT ON MY BUTT! Weight: 132 this morning. I don't want to weigh myself til the day after tomorrow. I had so much salt these past two days that I KNOW I will be retaining water! The plan for tomorrow: -Clean the house and start packing -Eat RIGHT and put stevia and coffeemate LITE original in my coffee. Stay around 1000 calories. -Eat an apple

I knew I wanted to start losing weight tomorrow, and today I had an exam so I totally grabbed Wendy's on the way there. I also ate pasta. I don't feel guilty, I generally eat healthy foods.
Carbs are DEFINITELY my weakness though... hitting the grocery store tomorrow to buy healthy munching foods so I can quit it with the toast, the bagels, the cereals.. I subside on these things all the time. I am walking to the pharmacy tomorrow to print pics for DB and then jogging to the tanning salon. I work for 5 hours and I'm a bartender so I'll be on my feet. I think tomorrow will be awesome

Lastnight I worked out for an hour and a half- an hour on the treadmill then a half hour of lifting weights.
Today I took the day off from the gym (once or twice a week) and I ate: 2 hard boiled eggs and coffee with cream for breakfast. 5 Slices of turkey (deli), 2 oz. of Beechers cheese and a handfull of sugar snap peas. I had some tea this afternoon and a small handful of almonds. Dinner was a salmon filet with garlic and mushrooms (cooked together in foil with a little olive oil), and a salad. ![]() Not too bad! I'm definitely not missing the carbs and sweets anymore. I'm heading to the gym at 5:30 in the morning...

SO GREAT!! I am proud of yoU!! I am gluten-free myself because my aunt has celiac disease so I decided to see if it would help me and I do feel better!! But I have been SO bad lately just eating gluten free BAD stuff.. like potato chips and M&Ms! Tommorow will be better. On the diet you are on and with the exercise plan youve got I KNOW you will keep losing and losing! Keep it up! |

Too many wifeys...too little time

Yesterday-
I started Jazzercise and worked out for an hour!! =D I had a bagel for breakfast Had some mandarin oranges for a midmorning snack Lunch was beef tips, Green beans, pears and milk (I worked at the daycare yesterday) =D I didn't eat dinner (shame on me) I had a terrible headache and napped through dinner =D Then went to jazzercise and came home and was not hungry...i did have 3 laffy taffy before bed (Shame shame) =D |
