Heyy!! just wanted to get an update on how everyone was doing!! so far i have already lost 4 lbs!!!

and DB is HAPPY!
i didnt work out last night

but i am gonna work out twice as much today! since i have the house to myself, and am gonna do my tae bo as soon as i go get my uniform from work!

hope all is going well ladies!!

I wont be getting on the scale for another few days but I've done some cardio this morning and I'm gonna be putting in the carmen electra dvd's in a little while

I'm actually feeling really good this morning!

Today is my Weigh Day... I'm down another pound! Officially down 23.5 pounds!!!

You can dooooooo it!!!! I think I'm going to have to start back on weight watchers. Trying to diet on my own just isn't working lol

I can honestly say that it is working. It is so easy and I seriously do not feel a bit deprived..
