Happy Friday Weight Watchers Ladies!!! 11/18
Exercise for the day????
I got up again this morning and jumped on the treadmill. Walked the first mile, ran the next 1/4 mile, then walked the last 1/4 mile and did a 1/10th mile cooldown. I am hoping to keep this habit up and increase my distance...

Good job... keep the work up...
Just started WW and lost four pounds in my first week... Hope that keeps up... Mom lost 48 pounds.... It works... Keep up the Good work |

Good work girls!!
I ran 2 miles at 5.2 mph and then walked 1/4 mile at 2.5 mph. Then I'm going to go teach gymnastics today... so lifting the kiddies will be my upper body workout.

Not afraid to be lonely, but I still wanna learn about love.

I will be traveling today....so I won't really be able to get my exercising in. Just wanted to let you all know that you are all inspiring me to get out there tomorrow and go walk a couple of miles! I did it while DH was at BCT religiously.....I love the feeling.....laziness has certainly gained it's power back though. Good job ladies!! Keep it up!

Umm not sure, I might take the day of though since I worked out Tuesday/Wednesday/and Thursday. If I do something it will probably be a mile walk

I think I will just hop on the elliptical for 30 minutes... unless I get the urge to rock out for an hour on the treadclimber (which is higgggghly unlikely, lol)
