SOS Weight Watchers 1/17 workout??? - Posses, Clubs & Cliques

I'm excited!! I started working out today! I got up early and did 1 mile on the treadmill! I walked the first 1/2 and ran the second 1/2! I am hoping to cut my 1 mile time AND increase my distance over time.

What is/was your workout for the day!

I went to the gym as soon as I put the kids on the bus. I've gone 3 days so far this week but today I pushed myself harder than any other. I spent 30 mins on the treadmill, got on a few of the weight machines, went back and did the eliptical for 20 mins and cross trainer for 15. On my way home I stopped and picked up the Carmen Electra Strip Tease Videos and will be doing those on my off days.

I feel great today! Last night David said "your butt is getting tight again"

that was even more motivation to keep going lol

I'll be going tonight when I get off work.. I too like going at night-- less people, less sketchy men, lol...plus I feel as though I have more energy. I'll update tonight!

yay! The second carmen electra dvd will REALLY work your butt out, so definitely try that one.

Today I am actually going to head into the gym....craziness, but I plan on going during my lunch hour and hopefully doing dome cardio for 30 minutes and 15-20 minutes of weight training.

I have a feeling I'm really going to like this club. lol. I haven't worked out yet today...I'll be going when the afternoon kindergarteners leave. I haven't worked out for a couple of months...I'm excited to get back in the swing of things!

I got 4 of her dvd's. David is excited about the strip tease bedroom one

I'm gonna try them out either tonight or tomorrow morning.
