    Camera suggestions?

    Advertisements
DH and I are going to Vegas in July. I really don't want to take my huge camera with me. I need opinions on a good small one to buy to take with us. Needs to not break the bank please Prefer it to be under $150. It doesn't need a lot of features, just want it to take decent pictures of our vacation.

I just bought this one for our cruise to the Bahamas next week. A good photographer friends recommended it to me.
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH25 Digital Camera (Black) DMC-FH25K B&H
I have a Canon DSLR and didn't want to take the "big" camera this trip. I've taken it to Disney before with no issues but didn't feel like lugging it this time.

ETA: I'll be back June 1 and can send you some pics from mine.

Thanks! I just read about another model of this camera that you can edit the pictures to whiten teeth and add makeup! If it weren't for the price I'd buy

I love my Olympus Stylus Tough 3000 it's so easy to use. On Amazon it's only $129.95 I know Sears and I think Walmart carry it too but you have to order online (I think). I got mine on Base here so it was tax free.

Amazon.com: Olympus Stylus Tough 3000 12 MP Digital Camera with 3.6x Wide Angle Zoom and 2.7-inch LCD (Blue): Camera & Photo

It's water proof up to 15ft so good for beach days AND under water pictures
Then it's "shock prof" up to 5 feet

Here are a few pictures I've taken with it and I SUCK t taking pictures normally.

It was very cloudy and gross this day.

    Pool!

The only one I "touched up" really is the one of her in the waves because the lighting sucked that day.
    Signature removed due to size.
