I will post the week's theme on Sunday evenings.

Submissions will be accepted as soon as the theme for the week is up.

I will accept submissions Sunday-Wednesday.

Please PM all submissions to me. Only one submission per person, please.
In order to help me keep this organized, please put "Photo Contest- Week _" as your subject. That will help me so much in keeping everything together with the correct week.

Wednesday, the pictures will be posted, and voting will begin.

Voting will close Saturday evening, and I will post the winner.

The winner will have until Sunday afternoon to give me the next weeks theme of their choosing. If they do not let me know by Sunday afternoon, I will choose a theme for them.
The winner will not only choose a theme, but they will also choose whether or not editing will be allowed.

NOTE: If the contest allows editing, all forms of editing will be accepted. If the theme for the week does NOT allow editing, no form of editing will be allowed. This includes, but is not limited to: borders, text, black and white with color added... any form of touch ups whatsoever. All photos must be submitted in it's original context, although resizing for the contest is allowed.
If the photo was taken using the black and white setting on your camera, then black and white photos will be allowed even when the contest calls for no editing.

I do have a question- The person that wins week 1 and picks week 2, are they allowed to enter week 2 that they suggested? Just curious as to how that will work with the winners week to week.

Yes.. You will be able to submit a photo for that contest as well.

So are the rules the same as before where you can't vote for your own picture? I didn't vote for my own, but I just wanted to be clear on the rules for that.

I'm going to leave that up to the person. If you want to vote for yourself, go for it. If not, that's cool too.

Didn't realize that, I just assumed it was still no voting for yourself. Although I like picking my favorites out of everyone elses images/
