    World cat day

    Advertisements
Aug 8th is supposedly world cat day, never even knew that cats needed their own day. Debating with myself on whether to let my future niece and nephew have my cat. I'd miss her but they can play with her more than I can, and she loves to play.

Well I suppose that's one way to 'celebrate' it.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I hope to be moving eventually to the other end of the country. My cat has anxiety attacks even with short car trips, I don't know how she'll do with a thousand mile drive. I do love her but I'm trying to figure out what would be best for her. DB's sister watched her once when I went out of town and she seemed to do okay with it. She loves the kids, and they love her.

Yeah, would have helped your OP make sense.

And very few cats do well with car travel. If they get along with the cat, no reason not to gift them!

I had a kid once but he got motion sickness and anxiety in cars, so I left him with my neighbor when I moved out of state.

In case it's not clear, this is facetious and fictitious
