    Are they egg layers? That's the one reason I want to live somewhere where we can have chickens because there is nothing better than truly fresh eggs. They are pretty hens

    Nice looking. When we had our farm we had Aracauna, Rhode Island and a couple others that I can't recall. What are yours?

    I'm believe they are Rhode Island Reds. We bought them and the coop from my husbands old co-worker whose moving.
