    I'm a turd...

I took my baby girl to get spayed today. I almost freaking cried when I dropped her off lol. And then I was anxious the whole 5 hours I had to wait to go pick her up. I also almost cried when I finally picked her up

I'm not a very emotional person usually, but I was sooooo worried about her. Everyone else that was dropping their fur babies off for neutering did not seem phased at all.

Now she's laying in my bed, all drugged up and probably in pain because she keeps crying softly and breathing kind of heavily

I remember when I took Moose to get neutered. I was nervous dropping him off, but once I got him home, I sobbed like a baby. He was so drugged up and all I could think was, "OMG, what have I done??"

Hang in there. Within a couple of days, she'll be back to normal and you'll be glad that you did the right thing to prevent unwanted puppies.

    Awww, hang in there...

Maybe stroking her head and singing "Soft Kitty" would help?

I am talking to her and petting her. But what the hell is soft kitty lol

I took her cone off for now and she isn't crying anymore. I'll put it back on once I see her trying to lick it or when I have to leave her unattended. I got today and tomorrow off and I only have a half shift on Wednesday so I'm gonna spend all of my time off with her.

    She looks so uncomfortable though
