I forget where I read it now (not on this forum), but it reminds me of a photo essay by someone whose dog was dying. The day before he put the dog to sleep he made a dog "bucket list" and spent the whole day spoiling his dog. Like he took the dog to its favorite hiking spot, bought it its favorite foods (McDonald's I think lol), they went swimming together, went to the dog park so it could see all its friends, and all kinds of things so it would have the best dog day ever before he had to say goodbye.

It's so nice to hear a positive pet story..more often than not, in the news, are all the stories about puppy mills, abused animals ect.

I'm a huge dog lover. My two chihuahuas were with me for 19 years and 15 years. I loved them every day of their lives and they were so spoiled! Now...we have our Dukie Dawg. He's 6 and a spoiled Great Dane who thinks he's a chihuahua!
