    We leave Stella's bowls out all day, and we refill them completely at least twice daily. She eats a lot since she is a kitten and today I've filled her bowl twice already and it's noon.

    Penney has a self feeder. We just refill it when it runs out of food.
    As far as her water goes...we refill her water bowl when it runs dry too!

    Sorry I posted this on the dog one too... Fluffy gets food twice a day. The water is left down all day.

    Bubba's bowl is out all day...he's a picker so he eats a little here and there. His water is out all day too.

    They have dry food and water(many different spots throughout the house) all the time. They also get wet food twice a day. I had to start this because of my diabetic cat. They all know when it is time to eat also.
