About my incredible dog, Bongo

He is the most amazing companion and friend EVER. Never in a million years could I have dreamed to own such an excellent dog

This afternoon when I was picking up things... It was hard to put away Dh's left over mess... I knew I wouldn't be seeing his things all over the house for a while and I broke down

As soon as I started sobbing, Bongo came up to me, put his head on my lab and started licking my hands.

He's just so amazing!!

I am so lucky to have his company

That's so sweet.

Your dog is adorable too.

I feel the same way about my dogs. We didn't have them last deployment, and while I did have my cat then, it just wasn't the same. The dogs have really been my support this time around and I'm forever grateful to them for it. They're amazing.

I love how dogs just.... know. It's so wonderful to have a companion while your loved one is away. My kitty keeps me company and I don't know how I got by without her when DH was away (she thinks she's a dog,
