OMG! My vet bill!!
So I took my new puppy to the vet today. I just got him on Sunday. I got him from a breeder. I made a big no no and didnt do my research on the breeder like I did on my lab. Well not only had he not had all the shots he was supposed to but he has a skin infection. The vet made sure it wasn't mites and prescribed a shampoo for him. Between all that and his shots and my Labs shots my bill was ......$380. I almost died. So in 3 days I have spent over $800 on dogs. I love my pooches!

Definately not the annual. Well for my Lab it was, but for my doxie we still have 3 or 4 more puppy visits plus getting him neutered in Feb. They are worth it though. It was just a suprise.

Yea I took my cat in for just a rabies shot, distemper shot, wormer and an exam. The distemper shot was free for my first visit and I bought three months of frontline.....the bill was 160 bucks.
It's expensive.

i concider myself really really lucky, because here in italy we have an onpost vet and they offer discount service for your military furbabies. but i did pay 900 euro for my first yorkie which is about 1300 dollars. and 250 euro which is about 350 dollars for my second yorkie.
