I was just wondering. I talk to mine all the time. (Naturally! )

I just told Peewee he had to be careful. He's sitting on a chair next to me, rolling around on his back, so I told... "You'd better be careful. Otherwise, you're going to fall off that chair and I'm going to have to laugh at you."

My dad used to get mad because we'd say, "Excuse me" to the dog. Or whenever an animal would sneeze, we'd say, "Bless you."

Mom tried to say that it just showed our good manners. She said if we were that polite to our animals, we had to be polite to people too!

I heard DJ say the other day, "If it weren't for you and your Mama, I don't know if I could make it over here." He was holding Peewee.

He's going to be a good daddy someday.
