    WHOA no dogs allowed

    Advertisements
So I just went to do some laundry and I walk outside and see someone walking into there apartment with a dog.. This isn't the first time I've seen this. Our neighbor across the hall has a dog, whenever someone makes a loud noise in the hall the dog barks.....

Thing is our apartment doesn't allow dogs!!!!!

QUESTION: Do you think they have to allow someone to have a dog if they need it for medical reasons.

If it is a medical reason or service dog they are required by law to allow it.

At least in most states they are...

If it's a service dog, any building or establishment is required to allow the dog.

If it barks at a noise in the hall... I'd think it's probably not a service dog. They have about the best training there can be.

I have a friend who suffers from depression and as long as her doctor furnishes a note, any landlord has to let her dog come with her. and she is the most hyper black lab i have ever met. so who knows what the story is behind the dog in the apartment
