So much for having watch dogs....

I just got home from Physical Therapy and the gate is WIDE open. Between Buddys brute strength and Debbies smarts I thought maybe they got it open themselves (but they were good enough to not have run off ). Then I get up to the door and theres a package on the step! So a delivery man showed up, opened the gate dropped off a package and just left??? With the GATE open?? And we have a "Beware of Dog" sign up, so he had to have known??? WTF???

Now off to the Vet for their first check up. This ought to be interesting.

Seriously? I mean, just LOOKING at Buddy, I'd be worried. Maybe he didn't see them at first, but still, there IS a sign. The only thing I can think of is that he got up to the house and delivered the package and Buddy ran around the corner and he hauled ass outta here. Its kinda funny, actually.

I'm glad they didn't run off though, or I would've been PISSED OFF. The kitty missing is enough stress for me. If the dogs were gone too, I'd have a flipping heart attack.

No, what do you mean? We JUST finally got our mailbox up on Sunday. That was a disaster. Now we need a place for packages too? Damn!

Personally, I'd keep the gate closed and locked.
