    My puppy is constipated...

    Advertisements
at least, I think she is.

This morning after she ate, she pooped little rabbit-looking terds and it took her almost 5 minutes to get it all out. She hasn't pooped since.

I remember my mother giving my old family dog ground beef and rice, but I can't remember if that was for constipation or diarrhea...???

Anything I can give her to help her release?

Edit: It's 7pm where I am right now, so this morning for me was 6 am my time. For a puppy, I don't think that's normal.

I think prune juice works for dogs like it does for humans.

It's funny, canned pumpkin is recommended for both constipation and diarhea......how does that work?
