Pets scratching door in the morning...

    Advertisements
Kiki has been scratching the door and carpet to our room in the mornings (thankfully no marks left) We have them eating on a schedule and have been since forever so is not like they don't know that. Niko starts crying on the door but Kiki is scratching and the scratching just drives me crazy! They are kittens, 8months old.

So, what do you do or did you do to avoid this? any tips?

    Thanks!

That sounds like it sure would work! Would they try to eat it though? that would be scary.

Yeah that's the thing, they are spoiled and we used to let them in for their first 3-4 months but they are not allowed in our room at all anymore. It breaks my heart but it's the best.

no they will not even touch it- I have three cats - a 10 yr old a 6 yr old and a 1 yr old-

none of them try to eat it, pad at it( they are all front declawed) or get near it-

I am not sure why they don't like it- but hey it works!!

I'll try it with supervision first. My kittens try to put in their mouth 98% of what they see.
