OCD in dogs over SQUIRRELS! (the rodent is guilty too)

I think Sophie has it... she will stand at the back door for HOURS and HOURS staring out and the damn squirrels! LOL!! Squirrels are a new thing for her as Hawaii doesn't have them (they have mongoose things...kind of cute LOL). She'll stand there with her tail wagging back and forth WHINING to go outside... she sends Maycie into the other room to get someone's attention to go outside and "kill it". She'll tree it and the damn squirrel sits just about 10 ft above her head and chatters at her! LOL!!! There is a back yard rivalry at my parents house!

Spirit is the same way, but with cows. I have no clue..... but my MIL has to really watch where she takes her up in the hills because of it.

Flounder is the same way with the rabbits and black birds around here. He'll just about yank my arm off when I have him on a leash.

I'm worried she's going to catch "Fred" one of these days. Mom feeds him with a few feeders in the backyard so she's just facilitating the taunting. LOL! It could potentially turn ugly one day.
