I know this is in the wrong forum, but I need a quick answer please...

Does anyone know symptoms of cats to help me determine what might be wrong with him?

He has been throwing up everything he eats, for about a month now. I stopped his wet cat food, thinking that might be it, and it didn't stop.

His nose gets bright pink and really wet/dark looking and then goes back to normal every so often too.

He has a wierd black/red scab looking thing about the size of a pencil eraser on his leg, with no fur around it (looks like it is shaved almost).

He has had all his shots, and is up to date. He is an indoor cat, athough he has snuck out twice, but only been gone for no more than an hour or two (and we found him in the bushes of our complex, hiding)

He did get a bird a couple weeks ago though, and brought it inside. But the throwing up was before that. Any help would be appreciated. He can't be seen until next week now, at the vet, b/c Ryan got home late and couldn't help me get on base.

    Hmmmm

Does his stomach look and feel extended? Is he acting lethargic? How is he when he drinks water? Does he tend to keep that down? He sounds to me like he is sick, but I can't diagnose anything. I would try to take him in sooner if possible.

As for the scab, it sounds like a hot spot to me. Has he been licking it a lot? Can you take a picture of the scab?

His stomach does look bigger. I will take a pic of the scab, in just a second.

Bigger stomach, not good. If I were you I would try to take him in today if at all possible.
