Our "puppy" was neutered... - Pet Pad

Duke got neutered yesterday and at 9 months is weighing 84.5lbs.

As my mom said I needed a big dog because Weston is a big kid.

Any guesses as to how big he will actually be?

Well, males usually get to around 130 pounds. I read somewhere online that a male bull mastiff should NOT exceed 140 pounds. But keep checking in with your vet. He's a beautiful boy!

We adopted him 3 weeks ago and the vet tech has Bullmastiffs and she said we were doing great. Keeping them lean is especially key during the first 18 months. He's so muscular it's crazy and the muscle he put on in the last 3 weeks is also crazy. He loves to play with our Aussie and she gives him a run for his money.

He's beautiful!! I have known a few of them in my life and they are the sweetest things ever!! He has a Boxer "type" face....kinda like my Ida.
