Rainbow Parrot at vets office, they are wanting to find it a home

i forgot to mention that when i took my cat to the vet they had a rainbow parrot someone had brought in and never returned for it . he seemed a little mean but if ya'll remember my story on my brown cat Simba(she was mistreated) , i feel that this little guy is just heartbroken from being dropped off and abandoned and just needs a chance for someone to love him. i have the number and the dr's name if ya wanna call to inquire. the receptionist said he was free

he was a cutie. like i said, he was a tad bit mad at the world. lol. but not so mad that you couldnt work with him. he wanted to nip at my fingers when i was wanting to scratch his head. but when i talked to him he just sat there hanging on the cage. so he wanted the love, he was just being stubborn. lol

Hell, if I was dumped somewhere and left I'd be pretty pissed too. If we didn't have 2 cats would see him as a meal, I would take him.
