Caffeine for the troops!

Chaplain Lt. Brandon Harding is currently stationed in Iraq with a group of Marines, a very LARGE group. They would like to put together a small Coffee House where they can go to get their caffine, relax a little and fellowship. In order to do this they need our help. We will be collecting the following list of items over the next two weeks and then sending it over to Iraq for our HEROS.

6 Large Coffee Makers
6 Large Self Despensing Thermos
up to 300 lbs of Coffee (these can be small packages of coffee)
up to 2 cases of creamers (either individual packets or powdered) (these can be small packages as well)
up to 2 cases of stir sticks (these can be small packages as well)
up to 2 cases of sugar packets, splenda etc... (these can be small packages as well)
5 table cloths
10 dish cloths
up to 2 cases of napkins (these can be small packages as well)
Coffee mugs to be given out as gifts
any other coffee related items you can think of that would be helpful or enjoyed.
People willing to help with shipping costs.

Currently they have 100 Marines a day visit the coffee house. As the temperature lowers, the number will increase substantially.

Starbucks donated a large amount of coffee here last year and we mailed it to Iraq. I'm calling the base CMC to see if he knows anything about another re-donation this year. *fingers crossed*

Question, is it Chaplain Brandon or the Ministry? It's gotta go directly military to military if it's going to work. But I've made the call and my contact at the family service center is going to ask our current CMC.

If Starbucks is donating this year to our Air Station, then you'll need to get the military's contact information for the Srgt or Chaplain because we'll have to bypass the ministry. Since it would be our base up here sending the stuff directly Iraq. KWIM? Otherwise, we couldn't help because then it would be a third party donation, red tape, etc.
