I dont know what command yet. The guys will be "deployed" there for 7 months before the families can go in December. We will be there until hes out so I will be there in Sept 2011. Where are you now?

I am acutally already here, and have been since my husband got here, my husband is on the uss denver..... have they given you guys a sponser yet?????? just to for warn you, your husband will be gone alot.. I know when i came over here i was unaware of this fact.... but then i found out really quick

We have been told that they will go out on 3 to 4 month deployments. I was hoping it wouldnt be too often. I guess I will need alot of stuff the keep me occupied. We dont have a sponsor yet. Do you like it there? Im not sure what to think about it yet. Im going to enjoy it...no other choice haha. Im excited to know at least one person there (you)

Well all i can say for the 3 to 4 month deploments it depends sometimes they are gone for like 2 to 3 months but its all the time, on average they are in for about 3 to 4 months together outta the year, not all at once broken up, def jsut keep your self occupied, do you ahve any kids??????????? When do you think you will find out who your command is, Yea its always good knowing someone in the area

DH is putting in to go there. So I may be there next Feb. or March.

He has now been sent to San Diego for a school and will get to Japan in October. I will go in December. We dont have any kids and dont plan on it any time soon.
